JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a marketing professional to develop and implement integrated e-commerce campaigns across multiple channels to boost traffic and sales revenue.

You will manage online campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders, and analyze campaign performance. The role involves working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure branding alignment, provide copywriting support, and optimize the online customer journey across marketplaces.

Job Description

• Responsible to develop and implement integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns designed to increase traffic and generate sales revenue
• Manage and implement online campaign efforts across multiple channels
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to execute online campaigns such as pricing and catalogue, strategies to maximize sales and inventory management
• Analyze customers online shopping behavior to deliver clear insights on customer development and engagement
• Work closely with team to liaise with creative and ecommerce vendors to ensure that marketing communications/ collaterals are aligned with branding guideline
• Work with agency to generate campaign creatives
• Provide copy writing support for marketing collaterals
• Responsible for online marketplaces and managing customers' online journey
• Explore and work with internal/external stakeholders to create D2C value added feature/function to be implemented and differentiated
• Managing platform chatbots and provide timely response
• Perform monthly sales, inventory and purchase management
• Any ad-hoc duties in relation to the business where assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Possess at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience for executive position and at least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience for an assistant manager position
• Experience in managing E-commerce platform, own on-line stores, online sales, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)
• Experience in customer engagement, roadshows, events, promotional activities (promotion, flash sales, Livestreams, Email marketing, etc.)
• Understand Key Online Metrics (e.g. site traffic, bounce rate, CVR, AOV, etc.)

Compensation

• Work location: Bedok, Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
