The Institute is seeking a marketing and communications professional on a maternity cover basis in Singapore. The role focuses on developing and disseminating content across digital, social media and print, while aligning with brand guidelines.

You will assist in creating content that showcases research, innovation and partnerships, and help plan campaigns and outreach activities to raise awareness and engagement. Office hours are 8.30am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of marketing and communications experience.
• Proficient copywriting, planning and execution.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and dissemination of marketing content across digital, social media and print platforms, ensuring alignment with the Institute’s brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating, editing and coordinating content showcasing the Institute’s research, innovation, capabilities and partnerships.
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement.
• Assist in organising events, workshops, visits and outreach activities to promote the Institute’s technologies and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, researchers and external partners to gather information and deliver marketing and communications projects.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including preparing marketing materials, presentations and event collateral.
• Liaise with Corporate Communications and relevant stakeholders on media, branding, social media and corporate communications activities.
• Support the maintenance of communication channels and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
