CrimsonLogic builds the software that keeps global trade moving through customs and ports. It is a category few people know, yet one the world depends on, and we are now rebuilding it around AI.
The specific portfolio will be confirmed on appointment, based on your strengths and the needs of the business.
Your primary focus is go-to-market and demand generation: planning, budgeting, resourcing, execution, reporting, and optimisation, directed at building qualified pipeline across our commercial and government customers. You also lead the region’s external presence across media, PR, and messaging.
This is a hands-on role. You lead a small team while remaining close to the work yourself: developing the strategy, building the plans, and delivering the campaigns. You will also help build the templates and playbooks the wider team adopts, piloting them in your own market first.
This is a lean team, which means real responsibility from the outset and broad exposure to how the function operates. There is scope to take on more over time, earned through delivery rather than tenure.
The Group Marketing & Communications team is small but broad in scope, covering demand generation and go-to-market across our commercial and government customers, in both trade and ports, together with corporate events, internal communications, and PR. Everyone here owns a substantial portfolio rather than a narrow function.
You bring around five to eight years in B2B marketing, ideally with B2G exposure, and a track record of progression from campaign execution to owning strategy and being accountable for pipeline and revenue. You have communications experience across media, PR, and external messaging, and you write well. Product marketing experience is an advantage. Ideally you have run a region, segment, or product line, managed a budget, and led at least one direct report. You are fluent across the marketing stack: demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, CRM and marketing automation, paid search, and analytics. You are comfortable with data and decisive in your judgement. Experience in technology, supply chain, trade, or government-facing sectors is an advantage, though the ability to learn a complex domain quickly matters more.
