Job summary

The American Club of Singapore is seeking a hands-on Marketing leader to drive day-to-day operations, coordinating campaigns, content and communications that support the Club's brand and Member experience. You will translate direction from leadership into practical activity, collaborating with stakeholders to engage Members while aligning with priorities.

We value an idea-driven professional with 5+ years in a leadership marketing role, strong writing, and proficiency with content editing tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in marketing.
• Ability to use data and metrics to improve marketing activity.
• Highly organized, proactive and self-directed.
• Strong professional writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an actionable marketing & communications calendar.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns with briefs, timelines and approvals.
• Oversee SEO/SEM/GEO and other channels with the team support.
• Own Member communications including EDMs and newsletters, writing/editing key content.
• Develop marketing plans to increase participation in Club offerings (events, dining, fitness, spa, etc.).
• Oversee promotional materials from brief to production.
• Ensure brand voice and standards across materials.
• Create presentations for internal/external communication needs.
• Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, photographers, printers and other suppliers.
• Develop and manage sponsorship and advertising opportunities; negotiate and deliver commitments.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to Marketing team with coaching and performance management.
• Deliver internal news and updates with clear, timely tone and standards.
