Job summary

STRAITS RETAIL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Communications team member to support planning and execution of mall-wide marketing initiatives for Paragon, focusing on shopper engagement and enhancing the customer experience.

You will coordinate campaigns across displays, digital channels, social media, website and app, assist with Paragon Club loyalty initiatives and work closely with tenants and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail mall, hospitality, events or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading with good written and verbal communication.
• Creative, resourceful and organised with multi-project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of mall-wide marketing campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign implementation across in-mall displays, digital channels, social media, website and app.
• Support Paragon Club campaigns, member privileges and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with tenants and external partners to deliver campaigns on schedule.
• Assist in developing marketing communications including copy for EDMs, website, social posts and signage.
• Manage and update Paragon's website, app and digital content to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Track campaign performance and assist in post-campaign reports and management updates.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Communications team.
