Job summary

R1 Contractor Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support digital campaigns and content creation. You will work with the Marketing Manager to test ads, refine creatives, and monitor performance across Meta, Google, and social platforms.

You will assist with content coordination, campaign launches, and reporting, while collaborating with the Creative and Sales teams to meet deadlines. An eye for trends and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable with basic marketing data and reports.
• Able to create or edit simple marketing creatives.
• Able to take basic photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Able to perform basic photo and video editing; familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to write simple captions, headlines, hooks, and advertising copy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work independently while following direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to the Marketing Manager.
• Assist with testing creatives, ad copy, audiences, keywords, and setups.
• Track basic performance metrics (leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions).
• Highlight changes or issues in campaign performance.
• Support optimisation based on direction from the Marketing Manager.
• Assist with campaign execution and promotions.
• Prepare information, materials and creatives for launches.
• Coordinate with the Creative Team to ensure timely materials.
• Check materials are prepared correctly before launch.
• Update advertisements and materials as required.
• Work with the Creative Team on marketing content requirements.
• Suggest content ideas based on trends and performance.
• Review creatives to ensure alignment with marketing direction.
• Perform basic photo and video editing for social media/ads.
• Maintain marketing content calendar and coordinate content needs.
• Monitor published content and identify high-performing formats.
