PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support campaign planning and execution, coordinate comments from agencies and colleagues, and ensure on-time fulfilment of campaign deliverables while maintaining grammatical accuracy.

You will execute website updates using HPB's CMS, assist digital campaigns setup (eDM, SMS, A/B tests), contribute to artwork in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator, manage data, track GA4 performance, evaluate influencer

Qualifications

Degree is required.
Minimum 6 months of marketing experience (including internships).
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop and/or Illustrator is advantageous.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

Assist in campaign planning and execution, incl. timelines and coordination of comments.
Vet content to ensure grammatical accuracy and address feedback.
Update websites via HPB CMS and upload PDFs.
Assist with digital campaigns setup (eDM, SMS, A/B testing).
Create/modify artwork using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Manage data gathering, surveys, and marketing reports.
Track GA4 performance and prepare reports.
Evaluate influencer partnerships and present findings to leads.
