Job Summary

Lead and coordinate construction and marketing projects, managing installation, documentation, supplier relations, and social media campaigns to ensure timely, quality delivery and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installation works for multiple renovation projects to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets
• Coordinate and prepare project documentation, including shop drawings and as-built drawings, for client submissions
• Read and interpret construction technical drawings and perform site measurements to support installation accuracy
• Collaborate with suppliers, installers, and main contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure project completion
• Manage inventory levels to support ongoing project needs
• Attend safety toolbox talks and site meetings to maintain compliance and safety standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Meet clients onsite anywhere in Singapore, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure project alignment
• Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok to grow brand reputation
• Monitor, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance data to inform future strategies and optimize results
• Use tools like Ad Manager to schedule, manage, and target marketing audiences effectively
• Prepare tenders, contracts, quality proposals, and client presentations to support business development
• Engage with social media followers by responding to messages and creating interactive content
• Support the Assistant Director in planning and executing marketing initiatives
• Work shifts and be available outside regular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as project demands require
• Work both indoors and outdoors across various job locations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management and marketing
• Ability to speak fluent Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
• Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and with clients
• Proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members
• Capability to stay onsite at company-provided accommodation as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing social media marketing campaigns and using digital marketing tools
• Strategic thinking skills to develop business proposals and marketing plans
• Dynamic and adaptable working style to handle multiple responsibilities

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 5pm
• Must be reachable day and night for client meetings onsite anywhere in Singapore, including Sundays and public holidays
• Salary range: $4500 to $6500
