Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and drive sales
• Acquire new clients through targeted marketing and business development activities
• Retain existing customers by executing effective customer engagement and loyalty programs
• Manage social media marketing efforts including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and credibility
• Oversee brand management to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity
• Manage and optimize online stores on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Instagram to maximize sales
• Create engaging, SEO-optimized content for website and social media to attract and retain target audiences
• Plan, curate, and coordinate content across all social media channels to support marketing objectives
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish to meet defined goals
• Organize and manage advertising and promotional activities to support business growth
• Develop corporate partnerships to enhance marketing opportunities
• Design marketing graphics and video content to support campaigns and brand storytelling

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficient in social media marketing and content strategy development
• Skilled in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI
• Experienced in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance
• Strong written communication and organizational skills to create relevant content that generates sales opportunities
• Ability to manage projects from conceptualization through completion in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the Beauty or Retail industry preferred
• Experience in crafting marketing collateral and communicating through various media platforms preferred

Working Environment

• Office-based role located in Ubi
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
