• Create and edit marketing content such as social media posts, newsletters, website updates, brochures, and promotional materials
• Coordinate social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement across platforms
• Support brand consistency by ensuring all materials follow corporate guidelines
• Assist in event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site support
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to support campaign development
• Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance, social media metrics, and marketing activities
• Manage marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM updates
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, and media partners
• Provide administrative support such as documentation, filing, invoice processing, and scheduling
• Other ad-hoc job tasks by Superior
