Job summary

SLS BEARINGS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a creative Marketing Content Designer to develop and adapt artwork for both print and digital channels across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. You will collaborate with the Branding & Marketing Team to produce engaging materials that align with brand guidelines and drive campaigns.

The role requires 2–4 years of design experience, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant design or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in print and digital artwork production processes.
• Strong command of written English and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, EDMs, social media posts, and event collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create, adapt, and amend artwork to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Edit photos and develop presentation content to support marketing initiatives.
• Respond to marketing requests from headquarters and regional branches with timely and effective solutions.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities such as EDMs, website and blog updates, event coordination, and marketing material preparation.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and marketing records for easy access and version control.
• Provide general support for department initiatives and perform related duties as required to meet team objectives.
• Utilize AI tools to conduct SEO research, develop content, write blogs, and support digital marketing campaigns.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant design or marketing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Canva skills are an advantage
• Good understanding of print and digital artwork production processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in written English
• Basic skills in video editing, photography, or AI design tools are advantageous
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, content creation, SEO research, and digital marketing
