Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing/Design professional to conceptualize, design and execute multi-channel campaigns. The role involves managing social media, content creation, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print materials.

The candidate should have a diploma in a related field and at least 1 year of marketing/design experience, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Experience with Wix and LinkedIn advertising is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign mandatory), Canva and CapCut.
• Excellent graphic design and video creation skills.
• Able to conceptualize ideas and produce mockups.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Wix; SEO/SEM knowledge an advantage.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Conceptualize, design, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising (e.g. LinkedIn ads), social media content, website content updates, email marketing and print materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, label design, catalogue)
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to established brand guidelines
• Manage social media presence, creating and managing a content calendar, scheduling posts and engaging with followers
• Monitoring online marketing performance, tracking leads and producing quarterly performance reports
• Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, social media posts and website updates
• Maintain and update website content. Manage the product library efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution
• Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related design field
• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Mandatory), Canva and CapCut
