Your Role
The Asia Marketing & Administration Executive plays a dual role supporting business growth and ensuring smooth operational execution. The position is responsible for executing marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand visibility, while also managing administrative, sales coordination, and office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Marketing & Business Development Support (70%)
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Assist development and execution of marketing activities to support Traka’s Asia business objectives.
- Coordinate regional marketing initiatives, aligning them with the global marketing strategy.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate between marketing, sales, product development and ASSA ABLOY group marketing to align branding and best practices.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Campaign Creation, Execution & Lead Generation.
- Content creation: brochures, white papers, case studies; write and proofread copy.
- Digital marketing and analytics: manage social media, email marketing, website updates, SEO, PPC; monitor performance.
- Events & Partner Marketing: coordinate trade shows, partner events, webinars; manage logistics and follow‑up.
- Sales enablement: develop presentation materials, support proposals, maintain marketing library.
- Market research: conduct customer questionnaires, competitor analysis, industry research.
- Administration & Sales Operations Support (30%)
- Sales Administration: prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices; process orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain Salesforce records and ensure data accuracy.
- Finance & Reporting Support: accounts receivable tracking, expense tracking, budget monitoring, prepare monthly marketing operational reports.
- Office & Operational Administration: manage office supplies, vendor coordination, organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and expense claims.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Work Conditions
