KNOWLEDGETREE TRAINING CENTRE PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Marketing/Admin Executive in Singapore to drive social media campaigns, digital promotions, and brand visibility while supporting daily course administration and training operations.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google SEO/SEM, Canva AI/Pro, and strong Microsoft Office skills; able to multitask and work independently or in a team.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing/Admin Executive to drive our social media campaigns, digital promotions, and brand visibility, while also supporting daily course administration and training operations. The role requires someone detail oriented, able to multitask, and confident in working with internal systems, trainers, students, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

Marketing

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Design and create marketing artwork (course releases, festive promotions, carousel updates, advertisements)
• Develop engaging content to boost brand visibility and attract new trainees
• Monitor and manage Google SEO/SEM Ads campaigns and provide insights for improvement
• Manage online presence and respond to enquiries through digital channels
• Design, management and monitoring of EDM campaigns
• Any other matters relating to marketing work

Administrative

• Maintain and update daily registration payment records
• Prepare attendance sheets and update trainee records in Masterfile
• Coordinate assessment arrangements, including submission of trainee names, withdrawal of postponed or absent trainees, and booking of assessment dates in advance
• Manage TPG/TMS enrolments and system updates
• Handle administrative processes such as top-up management, credit note management, filing, and scanning of training documents
• Any other matters relating to administrative work

About you

• Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertisements (Meta, TikTok, Google SEO/SEM)
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation
• Experience creating marketing artwork with Canva AI/Canva Pro
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Training Partners Gateway (TPG) and Training Management Systems (TMS) will be an advantage
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
