Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a compliance professional to enhance trade surveillance and ensure regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include developing frameworks for market misconduct investigations and coordinating with law enforcement. Candidates should have a university degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in derivatives trading compliance. This role offers a monthly salary of up to $7000 with additional value-based components.

Overview
  • Working Days: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
  • Working Location: Raffles Place
  • Monthly Base Salary: Up to $7000 + VB
Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement frameworks, policies, and procedures to enhance trade surveillance and the investigation of market misconduct.
  • Coordinate with regulators and law enforcement agencies on relevant matters as needed.
  • Review and implement policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Securities and Futures Act and related regulations.
  • Identify potential market misconduct and other behaviors that impacts the ability to operate a fair, orderly, and transparent market.
  • Review and enhance internal governance processes and procedures to strengthen overall corporate governance.
  • Support the Corporate Secretary on matters related to corporate governance and Board operations.
Requirements
  • University degree or higher, with Min of 3 years relevant experience in derivatives trading compliance or trade surveillance.
  • Experience in investigations or law enforcement is considered an advantage
