Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a team member to ensure regulatory compliance of the consumer banking business, covering market conduct risk management and cross-border compliance matters.

You will assist with CMFAS exemptions and fit-and-proper assessments for recruitment, manage internal stakeholder communications, and contribute to process improvements and risk-related projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the assessment of CMFAS exemptions and fit-and-proper assessments for the recruitment of sales staff.
• Assisting with the internal stakeholder disseminations and compliance with regulatory updates.
• Preparing for and executing the annual recertification exercise for 2027
• Assisting with the biennial reviews for country-specific cross-border marketing guidelines
• Contributing to projects for process enhancement and framework clarity.
• Contributing to risk-related projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities as required.
