The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) seeks a Safety Compliance Manager for Disney Cruise Line in Singapore. This office-based role supports the Safety Management System and ensures compliance with international and local regulations across the Disney Cruise Line fleet, with emphasis on Disney Adventure.

You will conduct audits, lead investigations, collaborate with operations, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years in marine safety and cruise safety.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct SMS/ISM audits and lead investigations across shipboard and shore teams.
• Develop and administer audit programs integrated with Disney's safety framework.
• Coordinate with Port State authorities and monitor ISM/ISPS/MLC compliance.
• Lead investigations for Disney Adventure and support confidential inquiries.
• Collaborate with technical operations to close corrective actions and CAPAs.
• Represent Disney Adventure on safety committees and prepare safety messaging.
