Job summary

GOLDEN HARVEST SHIPPING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned maritime professional to lead safety, regulatory compliance and operations for our fleet based in Singapore.

You will monitor vessel compliance with ISM/ISPS/MARPOL/SOLAS, investigate incidents, prepare reports, liaise with flag authorities, and coordinate voyage planning and maintenance support; travel for inspections is required.

Qualifications

• Maritime qualification: Master Mariner or equivalent CoC (Class 1 preferred).
• Sea-going experience on tankers/merchant vessels; shore-based marine experience valued.
• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for vessel visits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessels to ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, SOLAS, etc.
• Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and non-conformities and implement corrective actions; advise on emergency procedures.
