Job summary

Disney Cruise Line in Singapore seeks a Category Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across Marine and Technical Supply Chain for Disney Adventure. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure TWDC policy compliance, partnering with global teams to deliver critical goods and services to vessels.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain or sourcing, marine experience, and strong contract and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field or MBA preferred.
• CPSM certification or similar credential.
• Strong experience in supply management, sourcing, or related fields.
• Experience with MRO sourcing and marine/technical operations.
• Familiarity with marine classification societies and vessel compliance.

Responsibilities

• Focus onQuality, Service, Cost and Compliance for operational support.
• Provide training on sourcing processes and tools to internal teams and vendors.
• Partner with shipboard, technical, and engineering teams as an embedded sourcing partner.
• Evaluate total cost/supply chain analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Serve as a business partner to stakeholders, delivering sourcing support services.
• Prepare and execute negotiations and contracts following established processes.
• Implement cost-effective technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Institutionalize sourcing performance measures to monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance and performance measures are established and tracked.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethics in all transactions.
