Responsibilities:
To manage the group's and its entities' complete set of accounts and reconciliation reports;
To manage and be in charge of tax concerns and the yearly statutory audit
Carry out regular accounting tasks on a daily basis;
Assistance with intercompany transactions, settlement, and cash flow management;
Inform management, when appropriate, about the organization's risk exposure and the role that financial institutions, money market instruments, and treasury management functions play.
Examine and evaluate how investment choices affect the organization's financial situation.
Assess the efficiency of the company's finance system and identify any opportunities for enhancement.
Examine the profit and loss, depreciation, and vessel
Oversee the budget preparation for the organization.

Requirements:
