Job summary

PVH is seeking a shipping crewing administrator in Singapore to support employment administration for seagoing personnel and review monthly payroll. The role involves maintaining manning lists, coordinating with agencies and Masters, and ensuring smooth crew transitions for vessels operating internationally.

You will arrange crew travel, endorsements, and trainings, verify port disbursements, and reconcile Masters' accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder and relevant shipping industry experience required.
• Experience with DNV GLShip Manager is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support crewing department in employment administration for seagoing personnel, including reviewing monthly crew payroll.
• Maintain and update the manning list for vessels and monitor crew rotation plans.
• Coordinate with manning agencies, Masters, port/ travel agents to ensure smooth crew transitions for international waters.
• Arrange crew flight bookings with travel agencies.
• Apply for flag state endorsements for officers before joining vessels.
• Conduct briefings and debriefings for officers as required.
• Monitor and verify port disbursements related to crew changes with local agents and manning agencies.
• Check, verify, and reconcile monthly accounts prepared by Masters.
• Arrange timely Cash to Master (CTM) when required.
• Assist in verifying crew benefits, including leave pay, bonuses, and allowances.
• Maintain crew records to meet training, medical, visa and sea service requirements.
