Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Singapore is seeking a payroll specialist to manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for marine crew, ensuring wage calculations, overtime, and deductions meet contracts and MLC standards.

You will also handle home allotments, disbursements, and act as the crew helpdesk for salary questions and remittance status, supporting accurate financial operations across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• 1–3 years of direct experience in crew Manning, maritime payroll, or crew management.
• Proficiency in Excel and maritime crewing/payroll ERP software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Payroll experience in maritime sector preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monthly payroll processing for marine crew, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process and verify monthly home allotment requests for transfers to dependants.
• Audit shipboard claims, travel allowances and expenses with proper authorization.
• Serve as the helpdesk for seafarers on salary calculations, remittance status, tax queries, and allowances.
