THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Construction Manager (Main Con) in Singapore for a major naval/marine project. The role requires a Master’s or engineering degree and at least seven years in construction, with familiarity in MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

You will oversee all construction activities, manage contractors, and coordinate across departments to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence on a project with national importance.

Qualifications

• Master or degree in engineering or equivalent; recognized universities under the BCA are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction.
• Marine construction experience is favorable.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and recommending improvements to project managers.
• Manage contractors focusing on quality, compliance with drawings, codes, standards, schedule and cost.
• Interface and coordinate with engineering supporting construction activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies.
• Oversee management of project activities to assure timely delivery and low wastage.
• Manage and lead a group of engineers.
• Coordinate with other departments on issues affecting project works.
• Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers.
• Provide timely project progress reporting and participate in execution meetings.
• Select, guide and develop a multicultural labour force and management team.
• Ensure QA and ISO standards are met on construction activities.
