Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Service Coordinator based in Pasir Ris to manage end-to-end service coordination, from receiving requests to scheduling activities. You will work with service engineers, subcontractors, customers and authorities to ensure timely completion of repairs, installations, maintenance, and projects.

You will maintain service and operational documentation, support logistics and procurement, and monitor customer accounts and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end service coordination, including receiving requests, preparing quotations, processing charges, generating Job Orders, and scheduling activities.
• Coordinate with service engineers, subcontractors, customers, and authorities to complete repairs, installations, maintenance, and projects on time.
• Maintain accurate service and operational documentation, including service reports, feedback, history, warranties, work schedules, requisitions, and shipping docs.
• Support service logistics and procurement, including arranging travel, coordinating materials and equipment for technicians.
• Monitor customer accounts and service performance, prepare reports, follow up on recurring issues, and assist in audits and inspections.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, additional services, and equipment upgrades from customer requirements.

Salary: $3,000 - $4,500/month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end service coordination, including receiving service requests, preparing quotations, processing charges, generating Job Orders, and scheduling service activities.

• Coordinate closely with service engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure repairs, installations, maintenance works, and projects are completed on time.

• Maintain accurate service and operational documentation, including service reports, customer feedback, service history, warranty claims, work schedules, purchase requisitions, shipping documents, and related paperwork.

• Support service logistics and procurement, including preparing purchase orders and service request forms, arranging travel and accommodation, and coordinating materials, spare parts, accessories, and equipment for technicians.

• Monitor customer accounts and service performance, prepare reports for management, follow up on recurring issues, and support customer audits and inspections.

• Identify opportunities for service improvements, additional services, and equipment upgrades based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in maritime, service coordination, administration, logistics, or a related field.

• Strong coordination, administrative, and organisational skills.

• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Able to start immediately with no notice period.
