Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend inquiries, quotations, and take orders, fulfilling customer requirements.
• Organize sales presentations and prepare materials before deadlines.
• Contact customers to explain procedures and assess satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales staff to monitor purchase orders and ensure on-time completion.
• Report inventory or service issues to management or Sales Manager.
• Provide advice and assistance to customers on technical issues.
