Responsibilities

• Liaise with client/broker for new opportunities.
• Review tender specifications and prepare costing based on standard cost structure.
• Prepare and send RFP/RFQ to vendors and arrange clarifications.
• Review vendor quotations to meet tender/spec requirements with competitive pricing.
• Collate forex, material and labor costs for estimate build-up.
• Prepare detailed cost sheets for review, approval and submission.
• Identify critical items/systems and perform basic risk assessment.
• Coordinate tender documents from internal parties to meet on-time submissions.
• Assist in tender review and cash flow projections if required.
• Assist in contract discussions/negotiations if required.
• Assist in procurement contracts of equipment.
• Manage equipment contracts for delivery milestones.
• Maintain relationships with clients, brokers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper equipment delivery.
• Contract management of awarded projects including budget monitoring and milestones.
