Job summary

Techwise Offshore Consultancy PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks experienced offshore marine surveyors to join the team.

The role covers offshore vessel surveys, marine warranty surveying for loadout and installation, and acting as a client representative on complex marine operations. You will coordinate daily marine assurance activities, prepare high-quality reports, and assist with marketing and bid preparation.

Qualifications

• Sea-going Master with offshore vessel exposure is essential.
• Experience conducting vessel surveys and related inspections.
• Knowledge of marine warranty survey processes is required.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical reports with clarity and accuracy.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in data collection and analysis.
• Proven ability to work well in a team while also able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offshore vessel surveys (condition, suitability, on/off-hire, etc).
• Serve as Marine Warranty Surveyor for loadout, transport and installation activities.
• Act as client representative for marine operations on projects.
• Coordinate daily marine assurance activities and document outcomes.
• Support marketing and bid efforts with technical input and data.

Job description

Techwise Offshore Consultancy provides design & engineering, marine assurance and construction management services to the marine, offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries. With our growing business in the marine assurance sector, we are inviting experienced offshore marine surveyors to join our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Offshore vessel surveys (condition, suitability, on/off-hire, eCMID, OVID, etc.)
• Marine Warranty Surveyor for loadout, transportation and offshore installation.
• Client representative for marine operations.
• Daily coordination on marine assurance jobs.
• Assisting on marketing and bidding.

Requirements

• Sea-going experience as Master on offshore vessels.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Experienced in vessel surveys.
• Knowledge of marine warranty survey.
• Capable of producing high-quality technical reports.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be a team player but able to work independently.

The position will be based in our Singapore office and will need to attend at shipyards, ports, anchorage or offshore fields.
