The role focuses on cost control, monthly progress claims, contract evaluations, and negotiations with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints while collaborating closely with site teams.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience in Marine Construction or related role.
• Good communication skills and independent work ability.
• Resourceful and able to maintain relationships with sub-contractors.

Responsabilités

• Preparation of comprehensive tender documents, detailed bill of quantities, and the development of the project's overall budget.
• Assessment and compilation of monthly progress claims.
• Conducting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project.
• Evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
