Job summary

ST ENGINEERING MARINE LTD. is seeking a Planning Scheduler to prepare and maintain master schedules for tenders and the integrated schedule across drawings, procurement, construction, testing and trials using Primavera P6 or MS Projects.

The role includes baseline scheduling with resource loading, planning material delivery, tracking drawings issuance, and reporting progress to the Project Manager with identified risks and recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marine/Mechanical/Naval Architecture.
• PM skills in planning, scheduling, costing, risk, manpower, CRM.
• Open to Production Ops from yards switching to planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary master schedule for tenders.
• Maintain integrated schedule for drawings, procurement, construction, test and trials, using Primavera P6 or MS Projects.
• Prepare baseline schedule with resource loading in Primavera P6.
• Plan and monitor timely delivery of materials and equipment to support production schedule.
• Monitor and report progress vs baseline to Project Manager, highlighting issues and risks.
• Identify delays and provide recovery schedule to Project Manager.
• Create job numbers for capturing costs.
• Generate progress and manhour reports.
