PAXOCEAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee engineering project management for marine/offshore projects.

You will coordinate client meetings, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings and compliance with technical specs, budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring milestones, performing risk assessments, and ensuring document control in line with ISO standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience handling engineering projects in marine/offshore industries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources with the engineering team.
• Coordinate meetings with Clients, external designers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Oversee shipbuilding projects from design through execution, ensuring quality and budget.
• Provide technical inputs during design reviews and resolve project challenges promptly.
• Maintain document control and ensure ISO compliance and company processes.
• Identify risks, monitor progress, and report status to the Project Manager.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary team.
• Stay updated on shipbuilding regulations and technologies and pursue skills development.
