Job summary

PaxOcean, Singapore-based marine services company, is seeking an experienced Planning & Execution Lead to drive manpower planning, cost control and department KPIs. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate with project teams and ensure safety compliance across all staff on board and in workshops.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the marine industry
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in manpower planning and cost control
• Strong understanding of safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan manpower loading and material take off; prepare work schedules and yard contract plans.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Commercial, Subcontracting and other trades to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients and internal teams to satisfy requirements.
