Job summary

Seatrium Ltd in Singapore seeks a mechanical engineer to design and optimize systems for marine vessels, offshore platforms and renewable energy installations, including HV platforms. You will lead projects from concept through completion, coordinating with electrical engineers, project managers and operations to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering with 3–5 years in marine/offshore/renewable sectors and strong CAD skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in marine, offshore or renewable energy sectors.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Navisworks and knowledge of marine and renewable energy systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize designs for mechanical systems on marine vessels, offshore platforms, and renewable energy installations, including HV platforms.
• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion, meeting milestones on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions.
