Qualifications

• Prepare and check shipping documents, including invoices, packing list, bill of lading and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with shipping line, freight forwarder, customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
• Handle Import & Export permit declarations & Customs clearance.
• Manage day to day operations & transactions.
