Job summary

LEGERO INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a logistics/operations assistant to support daily marine logistics tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome and immediate start is possible; 5.5 days per week work is offered.

You will handle paperwork and scanning documents as part of shipping operations and will prepare shipping documents, coordinate with multiple parties, and manage day‑to‑day operations and permits.

Qualifications

• Handle paperwork and scanning documents.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including invoices, packing list, bill of lading and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with shipping line, freight forwarder, customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
• Handle Import & Export permit declarations & customs clearance.
• Manage day to day operations and transactions.

Responsibilities
