You will support policy setup, amendments, and renewal metrics while coordinating with underwriting, finance, and accounts teams. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in insurance or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of active professional tenure in the insurance sector.
• Strong judgement, discretion and customer focus essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ownership mentality with ability to prioritise tasks and complete work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property and casualty billing tasks, premium tracking, payment matching, and related financial workflows.
• Examine invoices, billing data, and policy files to ensure accuracy.
• Handle billing modifications, prepare debit notes, and issue invoicing paperwork.
• Reconcile client and insurer Statements of Accounts (SOAs) and follow up on aged items.
• Supervise premium collections and carrier payments, address anomalies and overdue balances.
• Assist with commission reconciliation and other finance-related matters for P&C accounts.
• Log and update billing, transactions, coverage, and customer details in databases.
• Provide operational support for P&C portfolios including policy setups and amendments.
• Draft policy certificates, coverage schedules, renewal metrics, and administrative paperwork.
• Coordinate with underwriting, finance, accounts, and units on invoicing and policy tracking.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately within turnaround times.
• Escalate complex invoicing and policy processing issues to supervisor.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Manager.
