People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated claims handler to support marine insurance clients. You will process claims, coordinate with insureds, insurers, surveyors and other parties, and maintain accurate records to support timely settlements.

The role requires a Diploma in any discipline, good communication, meticulous organisation and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in claims or insurance is a plus, and you will work closely with clients to resolve enquiries

Competenze

Diploma in any discipline.
Candidates who possess claims, insurance or related experience will be advantageous.
Good communication skills and able to liaise with clients and insurers.
Meticulous, organised and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

Handle and process insurance claims for clients, mainly for marine insurance matters.
Record new claim notifications and monitor progress until settlement.
Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, adjusters and other related parties.
Assist in arranging surveyors for damage assessment when required.
Review supporting documents and bills before submission to insurers or surveyors.
Follow up with underwriters to ensure claims are reviewed and settled fairly.
Update clients on claim status and assist with claim-related enquiries.
Prepare claims records, loss statistics and work with internal teams on payment or documentation matters.
