Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is assisting in recruiting a Marine HSE & Fleet Manager to lead safety, compliance and operations for vessels based in Singapore. The role requires directing incident investigations, reporting, and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.

You will oversee vessel compliance with Class/Flag requirements, coordinate surveys, maintenance planning, and crew training while supporting emergency response and overall fleet management.

Qualifications

• Relevant Maritime, Marine Engineering, HSE or WSH qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of marine/fleet management or HSE experience.
• Strong Marine HSE expertise and regulatory knowledge.
• MPA Class 1 and Work at Height (Manager) certification.
• Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE function and manage marine safety, security, injuries and incidents.
• Lead investigations, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Conduct vessel visits, shipboard meetings and drills with feedback.
• Advise Masters on marine HSE and navigational matters.
• Coordinate DPA and fleet emergency planning and response.
