Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting vessel visits, coordinating SIRE/Class/Flag surveys, and managing crew training and welfare to ensure safe, compliant operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant managerial experience in marine operations, HSE and fleet management.
• Hands-on experience in DPA, SIRE, Class & Flag State surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE section and manage marine safety investigations with detailed reporting and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular weekly vessel visits and participate in shipboard meetings and drills.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement and advise Masters on marine HSE and navigational matters.
• Assume the DPA role.
