Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. seeks a Marine & HSE Manager to lead safety, vessel operations and crew management in Singapore. You will oversee investigations, ensure Class & Flag State compliance, and guide Masters on navigational and safety matters.

Responsibilities include conducting vessel visits, coordinating drills, managing surveys, and supporting fleet maintenance and procurement. A strong background in DPA/SIRE is required, with hands-on leadership of crew welfare and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine operations, HSE and fleet management with hands-on DPA, SIRE, Class & Flag State surveys.
• Experience in vessel operations, crew management, marine incident investigation and dry docking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE section, oversee investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct weekly vessel visits and participate in shipboard drills.
• Advise Masters on marine HSE and navigational matters.
• Manage surveys, compliance with Class and Flag State.
• Assist with fleet maintenance, procurement, and dry dockings.
• Oversee crew welfare, training, recruitment and performance.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team and fleet management duties.
