Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable engineer with 3+ years of experience to handle contract terms, prepare quotations, and compile work statements for clients.

The role involves raising variation proposals and negotiating with customer representatives, and compiling WCFs with verification against specifications. Responsibilities include drafting invoices, traveling on assignments, and performing duties as directed by the Section Manager.

Competenze

• Degree/ Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) Class 1 (Motorship) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Mansioni

• Understand contract terms, schedule of rates, preambles, and defined scope of work.
• Prepare quotations for additional jobs requested by customer’s representative.
• Prepare detailed work statements outlining actual work completed for customers.
• Raise variation proposals/claims and negotiate variations with customer’s representatives.
• Compile Work Completion Forms (WCF) and verify against specifications.
• Prepare draft bills, invoices, and credit notes per contract terms.
• Travel overseas for work as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Section Manager.
