Job summary

ASL OFFSHORE & MARINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to support start-up and execution schedules for marine projects.

You will define targets across time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contracts, while liaising with clients and coordinating subcontractors to ensure smooth on-site operations. Responsibilities include reviewing construction programmes, assisting in tendering, managing site resources and supervising engineers and labour.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills are required.
• Strong planning skills with focus on resource management.
• Comprehensive understanding of various trades in marine craft and construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project start-up and execution schedule.
• Define & manage targets: time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual.
• Liaise with clients on all project matters.
• Manage sub-contractors and consultants.
• Review construction programme.
• Assist in tendering proposals.
• Manage company resources, workers, vehicles, machinery.
• Oversee supervisors/engineers.
• Prepare claims and handle all project claims.
• Day-to-day site management, supervising labour and subcontractors.
• Attend vessel inspections and marine site meetings.
