Job summary

ASL OFFSHORE & MARINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to support start-up and execution schedules for marine projects.

You will define targets across time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contracts, while liaising with clients and coordinating subcontractors to ensure smooth on-site operations. Responsibilities include reviewing construction programmes, assisting in tendering, managing site resources and supervising engineers and labour.

• Manage sub-contractors and consultants

• Assist in tendering proposals
• Manage company resources, workers, vehicle, machiney
• Oversee supervisors/engineers
• Preparing claims and handle all project claims
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Attend to vessel inspections and marine site meeting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination
• Effective communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of various trades in marine craft and construction
• Strong planning skills focused on resource management
