Job summary

BLOOMFOSS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Application Engineer who can work with sales and engineering teams to prepare technical proposals, liaise with clients, and support project planning for marine/offshore projects.

You will draft drawings using AutoCAD, take-off materials, and assist with cost estimates while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely bids and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Strong command of English – both written and spoken.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Marine / Offshore industry.
• Experience with Instrumentation, Piping Materials, or Valves.
• Project Management experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vendor bidding documents and technical proposals.
• Draft technical drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Perform material take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure proposal clarity and alignment.
• Support the sales team with technical input during bidding processes.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth and accurate project execution.
