Job summary

ST ENGINEERING MARINE LTD. is seeking an Engineer in Intelligent Process Automation to design, develop, and implement automated systems for engineering workflows across marine projects.

You will drive AI adoption, automation initiatives, and data analytics to improve delivery timelines, accuracy, and knowledge management within EDC. The role focuses on automating engineering and business processes, integrating EDMS/SharePoint/PLM/ERP, and delivering AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or related technical discipline with automation focus.
• Proven experience with intelligent process automation, including familiarity with RPA tools, AI-based analytics, and software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills to translate complex engineering processes into automated workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers, project managers, and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Drive AI and digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Develop and manage process automation solutions across engineering and business workflows.
• Implement AI-powered engineering solutions, Copilot, and intelligent search capabilities.
• Lead digital systems integration of EDMS, SharePoint, PLM, ERP, and related platforms.
• Create dashboards and automated reports using Power BI for decision support.
• Establish digital knowledge repositories and AI-enabled information retrieval systems.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and cybersecurity in information management.
