Job summary

ST Engineering seeks an Engineer in Intelligent Process Automation to design, develop and implement automated systems for complex marine engineering workflows. You will integrate RPA, AI analytics, and data-driven insights to accelerate project delivery and accuracy across engineering projects.

The role focuses on automating processes, enabling AI-enabled solutions, and supporting digitalisation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience with intelligent process automation, including RPA tools, AI-based analytics, and software development.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI and Digital Transformation initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and manage automated engineering, document control, reporting and business workflows.
• Implement AI-powered engineering solutions, AI agents, Copilot, and knowledge repositories.
• Lead digital engineering systems integration for EDMS, SharePoint, PLM, ERP.
• Create dashboards and automated reports using Power BI for management decisions.
• Establish governance, cybersecurity, and information management practices.
