Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Contract Manufacturing Validation Engineer for a 12-month assignment. You will support setup of five new equipment lines, run IQ/TMV/OQ protocols, and analyse results to drive process validation.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related science, at least 2 years' experience with equipment validation, and strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. PLC, MES, CAD knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience, including new equipment line setup and equipment validation.
• Strong technical writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PLC, MES, CAD knowledge are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and start-up of five new equipment lines.
• Prepare and execute equipment validation protocols, including IQ, TMV and OQ.
• Analyse test results and prepare validation reports.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support process improvements.
• Prepare work instructions and coordinate technician activities.
