Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an EDM/CMM operator in Singapore with hands-on fabrication experience in precision manufacturing. You will set up and operate Wire-EDM machines, perform simple troubleshooting, and follow SOPs to maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Precision, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of EDM / CMM machine operation and maintenance experience.
• 2 years of manufacturing, precision engineering or machining experience.
• Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and equipment.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
• Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach.
• Willing to work permanent night shift and overtime on need basis.
• EDM machining skills and knowledge (preferred).
• Relevant experience in operating CMM measurement machines (preferred).
• Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience (preferred).

Job description

About you
