Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to perform equipment setup, calibration, assembly, and quality testing.

You will monitor production data, support real-time adjustments, and collaborate with engineers on process improvements. You\'ll drive 6S, safety, and cleanliness in the work area, participate in Kaizen and SGA activities, and contribute to yield improvements and scrap reduction in a 5‑day shift-based schedule in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations including equipment setup, calibration, rework, assembly, and quality testing.
• Monitor and analyze production data using software tools to optimize process performance and support real-time adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineers to conduct experiments, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Identify and resolve production abnormalities to ensure smooth operations and product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, scrap reduction, and Out-of-Box Quality (OBQ).
• Contribute Kaizen ideas and participate in Small Group Activities (SGA) to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through 6S practices.
