Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a production technician to join a cleanroom electronics manufacturing team. You will perform machine inspections, support daily operations, and help ensure product quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a 1-year contract with possible extension, a 12-hour rotating day/night shift pattern, and opportunities for career progression within a structured training program. PPE and cleanroom attire are required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assigned duties according to operating standards and reporting structures
• Conduct machine inspections, basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Check process conditions and maintain accurate process data
• Monitor production quantity and product-quality conditions
• Report abnormalities promptly to the shift leader
• Carry out 5S activities and maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace
• Follow safety, quality and environmental policies
• Comply with safety procedures and regulations
• Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment activities
• Train and guide newly hired technicians and production assistants
• Complete other duties assigned by supervisors or management

Salary & Employment Package

• Basic Salary: $1,900-$2,700 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
• Gross Salary: Up to $3,700 per month
• Contract Duration: 1 year, with possible extension or long-term opportunity
• Career progression opportunities

Working Arrangement

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• 4 days work, 2 days off
• Weekly rotation between day and night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties according to established operating standards and reporting structures
• Conduct machine inspections, basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Check process conditions and maintain accurate process data
• Monitor production quantity and product-quality conditions
• Report production, machine, quality or safety abnormalities promptly to the shift leader
• Carry out 5S activities and maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace
• Follow all occupational health, safety, quality and environmental policies
• Comply with established safety procedures, rules and regulations
• Participate actively in hazard identification and risk-assessment activities
• Train and guide newly hired technicians and production assistants
• Complete other duties assigned by supervisors or management
