Job summary

CONCENTRATE MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. offers a full-time 12-month contract role reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

You will operate processing/packaging equipment, ensure GMP compliance, and support sanitation and cleaning duties in a salt and dry concentrate production environment. The role requires English proficiency, effective communication with team members, and basic production operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• NITEC Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in F&B industry preferred.
• Basic working knowledge in production operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned processing and/or packaging equipment according to SOPs and manuals.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation following GMP and safety standards.
• Inspect materials to ensure compliance with processing and production specs for salts and dry concentrates.
• Prepare raw materials according to plan and quality specs.
• Move materials and concentrates between staging and processing areas; may require forklift or pallet stacker.
• Perform equipment changeovers and SAP transactions for process orders, goods receipts, and inventory.
• Maintain safe operation of dust collection systems and comply with safety criteria.
• Provide basic equipment care, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Keep 5S and routine cleaning in the responsible areas; document and update operational records.
• Adhere to GMP, OE wastes, Kaizen culture; participate in continuous improvement.

Job Description & Requirements

This is a full-time 12 months contract role. You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate assigned processing and/or packaging equipment according to the SOP, guides and manual
• Render correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following Good Manufacturing practices
• Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and production of salts and dry part concentrates
• Prepare raw materials according to the plan and quality specifications
• Move raw materials and batch concentrate from staging area to processing area. This may require driving forktrucks and/or motorized and manual pallet stacker
• Perform product and packaged change over
• Perform SAP applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
• Operate the system manually or with the aid of basic process automation
• Follow safe operation of dust collection system along with other Safety precautions and Safety criteria
• Perform Basic Equipment Care, troubleshooting and maintenance of the assigned machine to minimize inefficiency
• Perform 5S, routine cleaning for responsible areas
• Practice and adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OE Eight (8) wastes and Continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture
• Perform Visual Management Board update, recording and documentation and maintenance of necessary operational records
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Site System and ensure that a high standard of Health and Safety is always adhered to on site
• Any other ad Hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Understanding of English Language, both written & spoken
• Ability to communicate effectively with all team members
• NITEC Certification or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in F&B industry would be preferred
• Basic working knowledge in the production operations
